Stock and Availability  

Every effort will be made to meet the stated delivery date.  No guarantee can be given.

We will keep you informed of the time frame at the time of order.  A storage fee may apply if products are not collected or delivered after 2 weeks of the designated delivery date at which time goods must be paid for in full.  All goods remain the property of Products Specialists until paid in full.

Conditions of Sale

No order that has been accepted by Products Specialists can be cancelled without the prior written approval of Products Specialists.  A minimum cancellation fee amounting to 33% of the purchase price may apply at the Products Specialists discretion.  In the event where Products Specialists has placed an order with the manufacturer and/or purchases have been made relating to your order, a cancellation fee equivalent to the entire purchase price may apply.

The Delivery Fee is for one delivery only, if no one is present at the nominated premises to accept delivery on the arranged day, a second delivery may occur and a re-delivery fee will be charged.

The Sales staff of Products Specialists are available to assist with any queries regarding any products, but the final decision on any products including suitability on a particular model, colour, finish or covering is entirely the purchaser’s responsibility.

Products Specialists accepts no responsibility for furniture which proves impossible to fit in an intended location.

Returns and Exchanges:

Products Specialists are not obliged to refund for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases.

Custom made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Your full name, address details, and original invoice

Photos and description of the damaged item.
